LA EAST, Inc., warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, if purchased originally by a consumer from an authorized LA EAST franchised dealer. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused from improper installation
• Accident
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Abuse
• Product modification

LA EAST, Inc., will repair or replace at its option any of the items covered by this warranty, without charge for parts and labor, in case of defect, malfunction or failure to conform to this warranty within two (2) years of the original date of purchase.

This warranty is recognized only when the unit is repaired by an authorized LA EAST, Inc., franchised dealer or by LA EAST, Inc., and only if the serial on the unit has not been defaced, modified or removed. Unauthorized repair or modification will void this warranty. Please be sure to save the original shipping carton because a charge will be added if replacement cartons are requested.

You will need to present the original bill of sale to establish the date of purchase. No product will be accepted without prior authorization.

Purchaser is responsible for transporting their product for repair or arranging for its transportation and for payment of any initial shipping charges. However, LA EAST, Inc., will pay the return shipping charges if repairs are covered under the warranty.
