Terms Of Payment: Initial order C.O.D. freight collect. Open account status available upon credit approval and continued "current" status. Payment terms net 30 days, 1.5% per month late fee added to unpaid balances.

Terms Of Shipment: Freight will be prepaid to authorized Dealer locations only, at surface shipment rates within the continental U.S., on orders exceeding $3000.00 Dealer Cost. Orders totaling less than $3000.00, F.O.B. Hatfield, PA.

Quantity And Freight Discounts / Freight Payments:

Quantity and freight are per order shipped to one address at one time. A multi-location dealer cannot split shipments for discount purposes. "Add-ons" are not allowed for discount purposes.

Acceptance Of Orders: All orders are subject to approval by LA EAST.

Taxes: Prices listed do not include taxes of any kind. Taxes will be added wherever applicable.

Claims: Upon acceptance in good order by carrier from LA EAST, the material becomes the property of consignee. All claims for damage, breakage or losses (concealed or obvious) must be made by the consignee to the carrier in accordance with ICC regulations.

Returns And Exchanges:

1. Discontinued products may not be returned for credit or exchange.

2. Current products will be accepted for credit or exchange only with prior factory sealed cartons. When issued, authorization will include complete instructions. Shipments which do not include a copy of the written authorization will be returned to sender, transportation charges collect.

3. Credit will be issued only after material is inspected and approved, and will be based on original dealer cost, less a 15% restocking charge and any necessary charges for repair or refinishing, as determined by LA EAST.

4. Material returned to the factory for any reason must be shipped freight prepaid.

5. Any material returned by dealer because of LA EAST error and in accordance with the proper authorization procedure will be credited at the full purchase price, plus an allowance for the return freight costs based on the most economical mode of shipment.
